REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
Your satisfaction with your purchase is important to us. Please follow the instructions listed below if you need to return merchandise within 30 days of delivery for any reason.
Please be aware that all purchases of weapons, ammo, projectiles, reloading supplies, clothes, cleaning agents/lubricants, and meals are final. These products are not returnable or refundable unless they are received damaged.
Most of the time, after confirmation of the delivery of the ordered goods and thorough inspection, returns on purchases paid for with a credit card will result in a credit being applied to the card used to make the transaction. Refunds are credited in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your financial institution.
For a non-defective item to be eligible for a refund, all returned goods must comprise the following
The item’s packaging needs to be the original.
The product must be brand-new. Products with obvious signs of abuse won’t be refunded or exchanged.

Upon receiving your package in our warehouse, and verification of the item is made, you will receive an e-mail with the status. Typically we have your return processed within 24/48 hours. We do not process returns on the weekends.
Please note that a 10% Restocking Fee may apply to returned merchandise.
Note: Any variance to this policy may result in no refund or a partial refund. No reimbursement will be issued for shipping fees to return merchandise that is not-defective
IMPORTANT INFORMATION ON FIREARM RETURNS:
Please take your time to inspect all firearms thoroughly at the FFL dealer BEFORE proceeding with the transfer. Once a new firearm is transferred to you it is considered used, even if unfired. Consequently, we will not provide a refund or exchange once a firearm has been transferred into your possession. Also, we DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees on returned items.
